We got a trailer! It's not pretty, but after only a ‘few' hours of re-welding and replacing the rotted floor its up and running great. Although we have come to realize that a standard size trailer isn't enough to accomadate our number of larger horses, so we added an Extra tall extra wide two horse trailer to our wishlist. Any information is greatly appreciated.

WE CHANGED OUR NAME!!! As many of you have probably noticed ‘Save Horses' recently changed its name from ‘Save Horses From Slaughter'. We hope this doesn't cause any confusion and are terribly sorry if it does. Our goal is to create a short, easy to remember name for our horse saving family. Please remember to change your bookmarks and Internet links to point to our new address, http://www.savehorses.com. Once again, sorry for the confusion.

Save Horses has recently moved from Livermore, California to Lodi, California. We are currently working every day on getting the new place fixed up so that one day (hopefully soon) it can be in the most excellent of condition.

The move has taken a lot out of us at Save Horses so any extra help is greatly appreciated. If you live in the area and love hands on work with horses or just (in general) outside ‘dirty work', you can volunteer to help us and the horses. For more information please e-mail Save Horses for more information. We can use all the help we can get.

Also contributions are also greatly appreciated and needed to help save as many horses as we can! That is our main goal! The horses need us!
